What an outstanding place to stay. We were welcomed by a beautiful staff member who went out of her way to welcome us. The room was stunning and very comfortable. We stayed in one of the rooms (room no. 1), but there are also cottages there. We were fortunate enough to have a large bath tub as well. The room was very clean and housekeeping did a wonderful job during our stay. While there were no hot breakfast options, the breakfast was delicious. We were there for two nights so as a result we had slightly different things to eat on both days. Very happy with the food choices and the lady who was there at breakfast. The coffee was made for us and we both enjoyed two cups. The juice was so fresh. I even saw some gluten free options in packets. We drove there by car and there was a lot of parking available. It was extremely quiet as you need to drive to town. It was very peaceful. There is an outdoor pool. There is also a guest lounge that you can spend some time in. But our room was very nice so we never used the lounge room. Thank you for a lovely stay. The accommodation is lovely and your staff ensured that our stay was extremely enjoyable. The lady at reception even offered to order us pizza from a local place that delivers pizza so we didn’t need to drive anywhere. We enjoyed a lovely complementary bottle of wine as well. Thank you.

I really liked the quiet and remoteness of the location. The grounds were very lovely and well maintained. We liked the privacy we felt we had because the grounds were spacious. The views out the window were everything I had hoped for when choosing where to stay. The apartment itself was very nice, clean and roomy. Having two well appointed bathrooms was a pleasant surprise, and the washing machine was very much appreciated. So was the fan that we found in the bedroom. We had to keep the window loosely closed because of a bird that came knocking each morning, but that was lovely as well. I only wish that there had been two large beds and not one room with twin beds. Mainly because I do not like being up against the wall, and we gave my son and his wife the larger room, however, I admit that the beds were very comfortable. The staff we encountered were all very pleasant.

The location is AMAZING!!!! The views from the property over Tuscany wineyards are just spectacular. Sonja was extremely friendly and not only introduced to us all details of the property as well as informed a bit about its history. The whole property has quite large space and a sufficient private parking. The room was arranged in bygone years with great taste and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was tasty, in the cellar among barrels what was of spectacular interest. We loved siting in the armchairs sipping wine and overlooking Tuscany landscape. In the summer time 2 nice located swimming pools can be used, also a large grill place. There was really plenty of meadows among the appartaments. Everything was in very good condition, everywhere very clean. For us - it was the BEST accommodation in agrotouristic style in Tuscany.

We often travel in North Italy ...lets say 5 times a year . This was one of the best experiences ever . Old buildings adapted to nowadays comfort with respect for the interior , off road , efficient and friendly staff ( reception , bar , room ) . Infinity swimming pool with great view at a short walking distance of the hotel so no noise in the rooms . Private parking in the shade . Very , very good breakfast with fresh fruits ( several ) , fresh vegetables , bread , pastry , cheese , salumi ....eaten outside on a terrace with an extraordinary view .

The grounds are outstanding. The pool is just stunning. We already want to go back. We enjoyed a bottle or two of their own wine around the pool as well as their bbq area watching the sun set. Fab location and v near a fabulous wine tasting place. Breakfast was great with lovely views in the morning. Our room had fab air con with stunning decor. Would hundred percent recommend
